Introducing Flax Butter

The New, Old Favourite

Flax Seed is an ancient superfood known for its concentration of heart-helping antioxidants and the Omega-3 fatty acid, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA). This functional food is also one of the world's best sources of dietary lignans, which block enzymes that can contribute to hormone imbalances and common cancers. As if that weren't enough, milled flax seed is also a delicious, gluten and nut free option for those who want to add fiber, protein, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and phosphorus to their diets.

Ground flax seed is substantially more nutritious than a whole seed or oil product. By milling flax seeds into O3 Flax Butter we have maximized this superfoods capacity to be absorbed and digested, just as the people of the Caucasus have done for thousands of years.

We're excited to bring flax butter to North America for the first time. Now you too can enjoy all of the incredible benefits of making flax butter part of your daily routine.

Omegas! Yum

I love nut butter but it rarely has any protein or fiber. I've been looking for a way to add in flaxseeds but I don't like the seeds. This flax seed butter is amazing! So nutritious and yummy! I use it basically every morning with my toast

It's good!

Kind of reminds me of sunflower seed butter. I like the flavor and consistency, and the fact that it's barely sweet with just a hint of maple syrup. It's a great way for me to get some fiber into my diet. I used to just mix ground flax seed into my yogurt, but it's just so gritty. Now, I can spread flax on toast or swirl it into a smoothie, oatmeal, or just eat it with a banana. Tastier options with this product!

Positively Surprised

I was a bit skeptic whether I would like the taste or not but OMG the maple flavor is to die for! I am addicted to nut butters and actually prefer this over peanut butter now.
