Flax Butter Pumpkin Smoothie

  2. This time of year is all about pumpkins! Pumpkin latte's, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin everything! SO, we bring you the delicious Flax butter Pumpkin Latte! Brought to us from our friend Jackie at Jackfruitfull Kitchen this take on everyone's seasonal favorite spice is packed with fall flavor and rich in nutrients and fiber to help you start you day strong. The key ingredient in this awesome fall smoothie? Of course, Flax Butter!


    We think you'll be drinking this smoothie all season long once you've tried it. Full recipe below:
  6. Ingredients (Serves 2):

    • 2 Cups water or plant based milk
    • 2 TBSP O3 Superfoods Flax Butter
    • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
    • 2 Tsp Pumpkin spice
    • 2 Frozen bananas
    • Pinch of Salt
    • 1 Scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
    Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. Puree until smooth and creamy. Pour into serving glasses and top with flax seeds and pumpkin granola if desired.
