This smoothie is packed with tons of plant-based protein and fiber from O3 Superfoods Flax Butter in addition to powerful antioxidants from the raspberries and cinnamon. Ingredients for this sweet yet subtly spicy smoothie:
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of O3 Superfoods Stoneground flax butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cardamom
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Pinch of whole flax seeds
- Pinch of shredded coconut
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend away!
Note: if the consistency is too thick to blend, try adding a tablespoon of water or your favorite plant-based beverage until it blends smoothly
