Need a healthy breakfast to kickstart your day or a sweet treat to end the night? This recipe for chia parfaits satisfies both those needs and is healthy enough to have twice in a day! Chia parfaits are a great source of fiber and omega-3 because of their presence in chia seeds and our amazing O3 Superfoods Stoneground Flax Butter. For this recipe, we used fresh summer strawberries combined with our Stoneground Flax Butter for a new twist on the classic PB and J flavor. This chia parfait combination is sure to satisfy the kid in you!
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup plant-based milk (we prefer unsweetened coconut milk)
- 1 tablespoon O3 Superfoods Stoneground Flax Butter
- ⅓ cup sliced strawberries
Combine the chia seeds and plant-based milk in a jar and stir for approximately 20 seconds. Add the flax butter and sliced strawberries. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
