Another incredible Flax Butter smoothie creation

Really, what could be better than a bunch of fresh blueberries? Blueberries and delicious Flax Butter of course!
For this I used a ripe frozen banana, fresh blueberries, unsweetened almond milk, O3 Superfoods Stoneground Flax Butter, and some chia seeds (who isn't a fan of chia seeds?). I also added some fresh mint as a garnish to enhance its inherent beauty a little.
Just as it looks, not only is this smoothie delicious and beautiful to look at, it's also incredibly delicious, packed with Omega 3's, plant protein, fiber from the flax butter and the chia seeds, antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
Here's that list of ingredients again with measurements for those of you who aren't in to winging it:
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups ripe frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp O3 Superfoods Stoneground Flax Butter
- 3 /4 cup unsweetened plain Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- A couple sprigs of fresh mint
If it has trouble blending try adding a bit more almond milk. To garnish add the mint and a few whole blueberries, just to sweeten the deal a bit.
