- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 2 tablespoons O3 Superfoods Stoneground Flax Butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Place two slices of bread in the toaster until desired toastiness is achieved. Spread flax butter on the bread, slice the banana and arrange pieces on top, sprinkle with chia seeds, and serve!
